Our life safety systems include:

• Emergency Lighting - Emergency lighting is any approved illuminating device and appurtenance that automatically turns on during a power outage. All commercial properties should have emergency lighting so occupants are safely led to an exit in the event of an emergency.
• Fire Extinguishers - Fire extinguishers are active fire protection devices used to extinguish or control small fires, often in emergencies, before they get bigger and cause significant property damage. Stored pressure fire extinguishers are the most common type of fire extinguishers; however, Malloy has experience installing a variety of fire extinguishers. For example, we deal with dry chemical extinguishers, which typically use nitrogen, and water and foam extinguishers, which usually use air.
• Fire Alarm Systems - A fire alarm system has many devices working together to detect and warn people through visual and audio appliances when smoke, fire, carbon monoxide, or other emergencies are present. Alarms can be motorized bells, wall-mountable sounders, or horns. A working fire alarm system alerts your occupants of a fire and allows them to exit the building to safety.
• Our Process - When you partner with Malloy, we perform annual inspections so that you can achieve life safety. We make sure your systems are code compliant; all the devices are functioning correctly, and fix any deficiencies found. You don't even have to remember to schedule your annual inspection. We keep a record and will remind you when your due. If you need repairs, we notify you or your property manager to let them know what needs to be fixed. Then, we offer quick, budget-friendly solutions. Once we have your building back up to code, we issue an inspection report that you can keep on file.
